Abstract

Technological construction continues to experience improvements and infrastructure developments such as buildings, airports, toll roads and other infrastructure. As there are many construction projects, there are alternatives that have been developed with software, digital technology that are used for planning work to implementation in the field. In this study, discusses Building information modeling (BIM) on slab projects on the Kediri Airport Toll Access stack using synchro software, Microsoft Project and other supporting software. The project being modeled is the Development of the Kediri Dhoho International Airport located on Jalan Jawa, Bedrek Selatan Village, Grogol District, Kediri Regency, East Java. With existing data such as Detail Engineering Design (DED) drawings, 3D Image Modeling, and Bill of Quantity (BoQ) data. Based on the data that has been obtained, the results obtained regarding the implementation of BIM on the Synchro 4D Pro software during the project implementation schedule can be concluded that the Synchro 4D Pro software helps carry out project implementation simulations. The results of the analysis of floor slab work scheduling on piles get a total duration of 164 days and critical work on p1-ps10 and ps10-ps5 slab work. In addition, the calculation of duration and labor can be calculated by calculating the number of workers divided by the highest coefficient x 100 kg. Meanwhile, sapling productivity is calculated by trends or statistics in the field which earn 4 points every day.
