Abstract

Now an integrated information system for the management of ( a driving license ) is computer based received treatment at a hospital ( simrs ) one of the facilities for that it is extremely important .By the aspect of prevention and tackling infection ( the ppi ) in the house of hospitals while the agency reported umm with the process of monitoring to the patient and workers home .By the presence of a driving license rs umm on a system monitoring the ppi then there will be more effective and efficient to the process the management of the data surveilen and is feasible to be shorten the time . By using the method and design through to system such as data collection method with the observations , the interview and the literature study .A method of hold out and win through and design through to research with the use it is anticipated that analysis swot , workflow , flowchat , and use case .A method of terakir and design through to a design systems which is the entity relationship a diagram , a diagram of the decomposition of functional , a diagram of the context and data flow a diagram .Of coals and who produces a driving license rs umm web based that can be have been used to simplify monitoring the ppi at the hospital umm miserable and to be pitied .Flowchat, dan Use Case. Metode terakir perancangan desain sistem yaitu Entiti Relationship Diagram, Diagram Dekomposisi Fungsional, Diagram Context dan Data Flow Diagram. Dan menghasilkan SIM RS UMM berbasis Web yang dapat mempermudah monitoring PPI di RS UMM Malang.
