Abstract

The synergy of tourism management activity in the tourism between tourism stakeholder, government, and business owner to work together directly and between organization is deemed to be important. This research aims to analyze the strategic position as an attribute of continuous coordination as part of the performance of tourism stakeholder in Balaikambang village to develop the synergy of beach tourism organization in Kartesius diagram. This research is conducted in Balaikambang village, the sample of this research is the local government that is responsible for the regulation for tourism related activity, the business related to tourism and hospitality, and local people as the host of the tourist destination. Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) is used to analyze the position of continuous coordination. The research found that continuous coordination is located in 2nd quadrant which means that the people who involve in the beach tourism in Malang district has done coordination in a continuously and gradually manner in order to anticipate the change in the environment internally and externally (keep up the good work). This results indicates that the service aspect in beach tourism has been done successfully so the attribute continuous coordination must be maintained, because it is a key for visitor’s satisfaction.
