Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are businesses that have an important role in the speed of the community's economy. SMEs need special attention to maintain their existence in the business world. However, various problems are still faced by SMEs in the city of Malang , these problems are related to capital, bookkeeping, standardization, marketing, and sales .
This study aims to analyze the effect of financial capital , accounting information systems, and financial literacy on the performance of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the city of Malang. Desai n research using causality research with survey method. The population in this study are the owners of SMEs registered at the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs in Malang. Respondents in this study were 91 SME owners engaged in manufacturing . The primary data used came from the distribution of questionnaires given directly. T data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that financial capital, accounting information systems, and financial literacy had a significant effect on the performance of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the city of Malang.
