Abstract

Poverty is still a problem in almost all countries, including Indonesia. The problem of poverty is the main problem that occurs in Indonesia. Economic disparities or inequality between high-income groups from low-income groups and poverty levels or the number of people living below the poverty line are two big problems in many developing countries, Indonesia is no exception. A population is said to be poor if it is characterized by low levels of education, work productivity, income, health and nutrition and welfare of life, which indicates a circle of powerlessness. Poverty occurs in all of this, including in rural areas, including Pandanrejo Village. The government itself has made various efforts to overcome poverty, such as the BLT program, Raskin, Rumah Bedah, and village funds. that the programs for poverty alleviation are good enough so that the Pandanrejo village government is quite capable of carrying out these programs so that the poverty rate decreases. The use of village funds is prioritized to finance community development which aims to improve the welfare of rural communities, improve human life and reduce poverty and is stated in the work plan of the village government.
The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the Implementation of Village Funds in Pandanrjo Village, Bumiaj District, Batu City. The purpose of this research is to contribute ideas and theories about the implementation of public policies through program interventions and community participation.
The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive research methods. Data collection was done through interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The technique used in data analysis is using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research location chosen according to the title of the thesis is: "Implementation of Village Funds (Study in Pandanrejo Village, Bumiaji District, Batu City Based on Batu Mayor Regulation Number 13 of 2021".
The results of the study show that the implementation of the Village Fund in Pandanrejo Village has been going well, but there are still some problems that occur in its implementation.
