Abstract

Service in the health sector is a tangible form of public service. Health is an investment for the state to carry out development because it requires human resources who are physically and mentally healthy to realize national goals. A healthy population will not only support the success of development programs, but also increase productivity and increase regional income.
The Healthy Indonesia Card is a form of embodiment of President Joko Widodo's Nawa Cita. The Healthy Indonesia Card (KIS) is the identity card of the participants of the National Health Insurance (JKN) managed by the Health Social Security Administration (BPJS) as a form of implementation of the Healthy Indonesia Program. Starting in March 2015, every participant in the National Health Insurance, the Healthy Indonesia Card, has become popular since the 2014 presidential campaign, where KIS is the implementation of the National Health Insurance (JKN) which is intended for the poor who are not covered by the National Health Insurance. The Indonesian Health Card was motivated by the issuance of Law No. 40 concerning the National Social Security System (SJSN).

The purpose of this research is to contribute ideas about theories and activities to the Healthy Indonesia Card program in health services at the Pamotan Health Center, Dampit District.
