Abstract

Water is a gift from God Almighty and the main need for the life of creatures. In addition, the need for this water can be used by humans as a means of life. Pamotan village has a spring called Umbulan. In fact, there are still several problems/constraints experienced in the process of self-help (electricity) water management, including the planning process, selection of springs, the socialization process, problems regarding waterways, distribution of water to the community/consumers, natural factors, and electrical problems.
This study aims to describe self-help Water-Based Natural Resources Governance KP SPAMS “SUMBER GUNO in Pamotan Village, Dampit District and to describe the supporting and inhibiting factors of Self-Help-Based Natural Resources Governance KP SPAMS “SUMBER GUNO in Pamotan Village, Dampit District. This research has benefits for Academic Theoretical benefits and Practical benefits.
This type of research uses qualitative research with a descriptive analysis approach. The focus of the research comes from the sources studied and from the data obtained. Informant is someone who understands about the problems experienced and can provide information in the research process and this research uses purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques were carried out by Interview (Interview), Observation, and Documentation. The data analysis technique in this study uses a cycle of components - components of qualitative data analysis. The research location is in Pamotan Village, Dampit District.
This thesis contains an overview of the research object which consists of an overview of Pamotan Village, natural resource potential, human resource potential, institutional potential, and KP SPAMS "SUMBER GUNO". The presentation of the data consists of how to manage self-help water-based natural resources and the supporting and inhibiting factors for self-help water-based natural resource governance in Pamotan Village, Dampit District, Malang Regency. The discussion of the research results consists of processed research results with interviews, observations, and documentation on Self-Help-Based Natural Resources Management in Pamotan Village, Dampit District.
