Abstract

The number of covid-19 cases in Indonesia continues to grow. Until now, Indonesia has been hit by the covid-19 pandemic for more than 1 year. The government has set policy by implementing health protocol. Community adherence to healt protocols is essential to prvent the speard of covid-19 in Indonesia. This literature review identifies factors that cause public non-compliance with healt protocols during the covid pandemi. Literature searches are conducted using the keyword disobedient factor,healt protocol, pandemic covid 19 in various journal is google scholar,pubmed, science Diert.The criteria for literature used are the 2020 and 2021 publicasioan, The total search of the entire database is 686 aricels, and after screening and evalution there are many 7 articels that meet the criteria of inclusen and exclusion. The knowledge, environment, prerception ountieldt in the Health Belief Model (HBM), as well as the psycholical aspects of society towards Covid 19 is less effective because community compliance with health protocols is the key to success in dealing with the Covid-19 problem.
