Abstract
The research objective was to analyze the effect of the success of the Point of Sale (POS) information system on
the financial performance of SMEs using the DeLone McLean Information Systems Success approach (system quality, information quality, service quality) and Balanced Scorecard (BSc) in SMEs East Java. Data were obtained from 345 respondents who used POS at SMEs Jember by using online questionnaires. The method of analysis uses descriptive quantitative with the help of SPSS statistical tools. The results showed that system quality had a negative effect on financial performance, information quality had a positive effect on performance, and quality had a positive effect on financial performance.
