Abstract

The Complete Systematic Land Registration Program (PTSL) is a form of implementation of the government's obligation to guarantee legal certainty and protection for community land ownership. PTSL is an administrative land registration
activity that is carried out simultaneously which covers all land registration objects that have not been registered in one village/kelurahan area or other names that are at the same level, and also includes mapping of all land registration objects that have been registered in order to collect and provide relevant information. details about the land parcels. The implementation of the PTSL Program in Candi Village was carried out by a team from ATR/BPN Ponorogo Regency involving the participation of the Candi Village Community Group (POKMAS). The purpose of this study was to determine the level of POKMAS participation in the implementation of the PTSL program in Candi Village. The research was conducted using qualitative methods, and data collection was carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that POKMAS' participation in the implementation of PTSL activities started from socialization of activities, data collection of land parcels, collection of files, measurement of land parcels registered with the PTSL program, up to the submission
of land certificates.
