Abstract

This activity aims to socialize education in bullying prevention and have social care for children, especially in the school environment. This service method is carried out in the form of counseling using participatory methods, lectures and discussions. According to extension participants, especially students at school with this activity it is very educative about how to behave properly so as not to cause bullying, many children feel they are being bullied even though in the context of socializing whether it's in attitudes or words. The results obtained in this activity are an increase in understanding that in associating one must behave well, not to utter mocking sentences, physically insult people, humiliate and so on that hurt someone. During the activity, students were very enthusiastic about this counseling because it served as a guide for student motivation in the school environment or in the community. They become aware that words and actions that are not good are one of the attitudes or categories of bullying. So far, students have not attended or received this counseling. Regarding this matter, this activity is considered very important in providing education, good behavior, and strengthening students' mentality. Therefore, hopefully this service activity can provide benefits for students and it is hoped that it can be carried out in a sustainable manner, especially providing "Counseling on preventing bullying in the school environment" and raising awareness in everyday life. This activity can be said to be carried out well and smoothly, which is marked by an active role, discussions and
questions and answers with the audience during the activity.
