Abstract

Attitudes or actions that are based on negative behavior in the act of mutually insulting, mocking, defaming to the point of mentally dropping and even physical violence are of course issues that cannot be annulled anymore because these actions are acts of bullying. Bullying and cyber bullying have a very large negative influence, especially since it has entered the world of education or schools, which in accordance with Law 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection, most of them are children who have stepped Teenagers who have an
impact on victims of physical and mental pain, for the actions of the perpetrators, sanctions are given for their actions as stated in the Criminal Code and the ITE Law. Victims as a crime included in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 31 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 13 of 2006 concerning the Protection of Witnesses and Victims are entitled to obtain restitution or compensation for losses incurred as a result of suffering or compensation for medical and/or psychological treatment contained in Government Regulation Number 35 of 2020 concerning Amendments to Government Regulation Number 7 of 2018 concerning Provision of Compensation, Restitution and Assistance to Witnesses and Victims. The type of legal research used is normative legal research with a statutory approach using secondary data types to obtain data that is in accordance with the topic under study.
