Abstract

Malang 4.0 has several goals, one of which is optimizing the unique characteristics as an Education City to answer the challenges of mastering information technology, business efficiency, internet of things, and others that are characteristic of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. The infrastructure that accommodates technology and information activities in Malang City is very important to support progress and answer the future challenges in Malang City. The need for facilities that can support the productivity of the people of Malang City, especially in the creative economy in the field of information & technology can be realized with the Malang Techo Hub building design, which is an ecosystem for Digital Creative Economy, to learn, invest and do business in the IT sector. Malang Techo Hub has several space functions, which are IT learning classes, Co-working space, and Rental offices. The design concept is Modern Architecture
