Abstract

The problem of agrarian always involves many aspects, political aspect, legal aspect, economic aspect, and social aspect. The complexity of agrarian issues will also increase with the related technical aspects such as ecology, agronomy, land use and so on. Because of the complexity of the agrarian problem is a complex problem, complicated and difficult. Because of the complexity that is to understand the agrarian problem is required multi-disciplinary approach. Especially the political, economic approach, this is in accordance with the main characteristics of the agrarian problem itself as a political problem. Changes The political and economic orientation of the leaders of the rulers is very influential on the issue of agrarian. Among the prominent impacts of changes in political and economic orientation are the problems of incompatibility and inequality in agriculture.
