Abstract

The problem faced by Regional Company that takes form as Limited Company is Complicated enough, including its existence from the legal side. In general, the performance of Regional Government Owned Company in Indonesia is still bad, but is doesn't mean that all regional government owned companies experience loss and financial problem. Compared to State Owned Company that also belongs to government, the achievement of regional government owned companies in Indonesia is relatively low. The journal discusses the implementation of good corporate governance and its corelation to the management responbility in managing the limited company.
