Abstract

Global strategy is one of alternative choices of strategy, which can be taken by business world in winning the competition process, The analysis of global strategy includes the study about global perspective, and its utility and weaknesses. In the economic globalization era, the choice of global strategy is a demand, which has to be met by each of businessman.
