Abstract

The aims of this research are (1) to explore and analyse the effect of any kinds of variable such as age, level of education, work type, working condition, work experience to the income of parents student, (2) to analyse the effect of motivation, learning hours, facilities, allowance, parents income, education level of parents, parents social status, healty, parents control, students mates, the number of family members to the academic record. The number of respondents are 353 students and the data collected by proportional stratified random sampling. The result of this research show that variable of age has significant effect to the parents income a: 5% (while the accupation and working skill have positive influence and significance on the parent's income at a = 6% while the parent's income have positive correlation with the student's achievement with the significance a = 10%)
