Abstract

In the efforts of running well its operational, the company has to self provide its capital assets in a great number, in fact, not all of the companies are able to do it. Some of the funding models which are able to support the company operational can be form both banking and non banking institution. The company may choose some of the funding sources in order to increase its profit. Based on the results of the research at PT Industri Simping Probolinggo, the funding by leasing seems to be profitable. It can be proved by the more financial ratio value which increase more. Leasing, one of financing methode, is a methode that proved increasing company profit.
