Abstract

The main objective of this research is to discribe how corporate manage working health and safety and explaine how working health and safety take effects tp working productivity. Based on multiple linear regression analysis, it was indicated that there were a significant effects among the working health and safety variables on the working productivity of PT Otsuka. Indonesia Lawang. However, the dominant effecting the working productivity is working safety (XI). It could be recommended to the management to take care of the variabel effecting the staff productivity, determine the right time to arrange working equipment, increase routine controlling, run training of working helath and safety to the staffs to reach zero accident, selective recruitment, and increase staffs morale.
