Abstract

One of critical problem in region autonomous implementation was realization of origin region income. In order to compare with origin region income between total of province budget about 25-30%, but regency and city around 15-20%. Based on above facts that depending of province and regency or city on central government in terms of budget that is still larger This means, selffiscal from province and regency or city were still relative small In order to increasing origin of region income that Acts number 25 revision needs to carried out to giving certain portion on region from income tax and add value tax as well as intensified of sources of income without high cost economy.
