Abstract

This study aims to analyze the profitability, size of the company, and leverage, against the value of the company. The subjects of this study were property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2013-2017 which published financial statements in full for 5 years. The research sample was 17 companies selected using quantitative research methods. The analytical tool is Multiple Linear Regression. This study found three hypotheses using the T test and F test.This study concludes that profitability (ROE) has a positive and significant effect on firm value (PBV), firm size (Log.TA) has a positive and significant effect on firm value (PBV), leverage (DER) has a negative and significant effect on firm value (PBV ), the conclusions are profitability, company size, and leverage significantly influence the value of Property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and have complete data for 5 years from 2013-2017, suggestions for further research to add external variables to be able to understand the value of the company more deeply.
