This study purpose to introduce typical food from Tulungagung to be known by the public, especially for tourists who love to do the culinary tour. The method in this study the authors use the free variable Lodho Ayam and the dependent variable as a local culinary fascination, within the scope of the study authors focused only Lodho Ayam as a tourist attraction typical local culinary Tulungagung and writer direct observation of the object to be studied. And the results of these observations are (1) variation in the level of spicy flavor Lodho Ayam (2) Variation of price Lodho Ayam, chicken meat desired fit (3) To get a taste of a more comfortable Lodho Ayam is usually kept overnight and then heated again and only then presented. And from the results of this study concluded that (1) Introducing Lodho Ayam as the typical local food Tulungagung is through print media as well as through on-line media (2) Travelers are very interested in a culinary tour to Tulungagung.
