Abstract

PT X Surabaya is a company engaged in the export and import shipping goods by providing activities and manage and accommodate all bookings containers to be used by other companies for the delivery of goods. Containers provided by PT X Surabaya must be in proper condition for use. The exporter must choose containers in good condition in order to avoid damage to the goods to be exported. Containers under conditions which are less viable (damage) should be improved to reduce the cost of purchasing new containers which would add cash flow expenditures PT X as well as for the smooth export and import activities. This article is about, to know the process of improvement in the international shipping container repair. Studying the container repair problems that can hinder the performance of the company and how its completion. With regard to the container repair process takes a long time and affect performance in PT Xc, which fixes the container to be one of the major milestones in the progress of the business of PT X.
