Abstract

This study aims to test whether the competence of teachers, leadership and teacher motivation positive impact on the performance of a Catholic elementary school teachers. Research conducted at the Catholic Primary School Cor Je Su Malang. There are thirty-three teachers object being studied. This type of research is quantitative using survey methods and techniques and Recourse multiple descriptions analysts. The results showed that the competence of teachers needed to improve performance. School leadership to a particular style can increase the motivation of teachers and teachers need motivation for improved performance.
