Abstract

This research having are goals to analyze The Influence of Training and Development, Teacher Certification, and Commitment toward Teachers Performance at SMK Negeri 2 Turen Malang and to find the dominant variable. The advantages of this research is as a suggestion through SMK Negeri 2 Turen Malang in determining phase of which is related through human resources. It is expected to give a contribution through the decision which is related through human resources. This research is the explanative research, total research sample are 35 teachers. The output of regression analyze to indicate the simultaneous influence of Training and Development, Teacher Certfication, and Commitment toward Teachers Performance at SMK Negeri 2 Turen Malang are significant and the Influence of Commitment variable is significant.
