The purpos of this study was to analyze how people respond and there P2KP loan funds that can be used is capable of providing impetus to increase the ability of communities to create income or community use only to follow the changing patterns of life because of advances occurring around the lives of poeple who ada berdasarkan discussion, there is a change very encouraging, as a very positive change in the ownership of the respondents owned venture capital. That is the lowest amount of capital group that is less that Rp.500.00, - reduced drastically by more that half turns into higher capital. In the second venture capital group taht is Rp.500.000,- to Rp..10.000.000,- is also reduced by one-third the amount of capaital into larger changes. In the fourth group is the business capital above Rp.1.000.000 until Rp.5.000.000,- actually risig very dramatically exceed twice the original number of fingers. And venture capital groups that have over 5.000.000,- still an increase, although slightly. So thoroughly then there is a change of ownership of capital. When viewed from the theory put forward in front, then shall the capital increase pronides additional revenues and this will provide additional welfare of the community. The community of Village Self P2KP through BKM STEPS Klojen Malang Distict, is providing positive results does it mean to give a oost to the community in themselves and a sense of responsibility in return
