Participation is the key to everything, including the success or failure of development implementation. The community's willingness to participate is a sign of the community's initial ability to develop independently. In the development process, community participation also requires the capacity of the community itself. This research aims to describe and analyze community participation in development planning deliberations in Pandanlandung village, Wagir subdistrict, as well as describe and analyze supporting and inhibiting factors for community participation in musrenbang in Pandanlandung village, Wagir subdistrict. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The focus of the research is the form of community participation in development planning deliberations in Pandanlandung village, Wagir subdistrict, where the indicators consist of the preparation stage, implementation stage and utilization stage, evaluation stage as well as supporting and inhibiting factors. With informants consisting of 6 people. The data collection techniques in this research used observation, interviews and documentation methods. The data analysis technique uses Miles and Huberman and Saldana, which suggests that there are four steps in data analysis, namely data collection, data condensation, data presentation and withdrawal. The conclusion from this research is that community participation in musrenbang has not gone well, which is related to involvement and presence which is still not very active. The suggestion given is that it needs to be improved by motivating or encouraging the community to be actively involved in every deliberation meeting in Pandanlandung Village.</mods:abstract><mods:classification authority="lcc">HN Social history and conditions.
