In the current era of digitalization, the form of health services is undergoing many reforms with the aim of creating more optimal services. Various forms of reform can be seen in all health agencies, including the smallest health agencies, namely the community health centers, especially the malang city public health center which has innovated with online registration at the community health center which was created with the aim of maximizing health services at the bareng city health center, although of course all innovations new ones need time and refinement to make them more perfect.&#13;
Likewise, new public services are certainly not all perfect and can run  optimally, there are definitely shortcomings in their implementation, so the problem raised in this research is regarding the procedure for service steps (mendol lecep) at the malang city public health center, resources and factors. Supporters and obstacles in the implementation of mendol lecep services at the bareng community health center, malang city. The method used in this research is qualitative research with data analysis  techniques from moleong with steps for collecting data, studying data, reducing data, arranging data in units, categorizing data and finally checking the validity of the data and drawing conclusions so that conclusions can be drawn from how is the mendol service slow at the community health center in malang city.&#13;
The results of this research: overall the procedures established at the public  health center in malang city are very efficient, so they do not burden the residents, the resources available to support these services need to be increased, including human resources which need to be more divided into tasks. Good and media resources that must be updated to be more modern in order to provide maximum service to the community and the supporting factor is the active role of community health center cadres who continue to carry out outreach to the community so that enthusiasm from the community is very high.</mods:abstract><mods:classification authority="lcc">HE Transportation and Communications</mods:classification><mods:classification authority="lcc">HN Social history and conditions.
