Department of education is an institution that has a very significant contribution in the organization of services in the education sector can help repair errors in the writing of diplomas. In carrying out services to the community can be categorized as an effective service if the services provided according to the procedures are short, fast, precise and satisfactory. However, in the Department of Education and culture still have problems in the field of Service. People still complain about the services provided by employees of the Department of Education and culture. This study aims to determine and describe the services of diploma writing errors in the Department of Education and culture of Sintang Regency, as well as to determine and describe what are the factors supporting and inhibiting the services of diploma writing errors in the Department of Education and culture of Sintang Regency. This study is a qualitative study using a descriptive approach. In this study has a collection technique through three stages, namely observation, interview and documentation. the focus of the study is divided into 2 (two), namely describing the service of diploma writing errors in the Department of Education and culture of Sintang Regency, namely Perosedur Diploma writing error Service, Diploma writing error service requirements, service time, cost/tariff, facilities and infrastructure. as well as describing the supporting factors and barriers to service diploma writing errors in the Department of Education and culture of Sintang Regency and data analysis in this study used three components consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. In this study the authors took place at the Department of Education and culture Sintang Jl. Dr Wahidin Sudirohusodo No.03, Sintang Regency, West Kalimantan..
