Thus, the KIS program is one of the services to ensure the welfare of the community, especially those who are classified as underprivileged. This study used descriptive qualitative research method. The data collection techniques used are interview, observation and documentation methods. While the data analysis model uses an interactive data analysis model according to miles, Hubeman and Sardana with research informants, namely the community as recipients of services at the Mulyorejo Health Center and the head of the Puskesmas and employees at the Mulyorejo Health Center.This study aims to determine the Healthy Indonesia Card Program (KIS) Services at the Mulyorejo Health Center in Malang City. Based on the results of research in the field that has been collected, it can be concluded that the Healthy Indonesia Card Program (KIS) has run quite well and is in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures of the Mulyorejo Health Center, seen in the speed, timeliness of service and availability in responding to complaints for KIS program implementers and good community response to the services received. However, there are still notes that need to be considered where the facilities that still need to be considered more for the comfort of patients who come for treatment, long queues, and the lack of waiting rooms for patients. %Z Ismayani Ambangi NIM : 20031000058
