The performance of the Sukun sub-district government apparatus in providing Marriage Recommendation Letter services has been able tomeet the expectations and satisfaction of the community as service users. The aim of this research is to describe and analyze the performance of the Sukun sub-district government apparatus in providing administrative services,namely marriage recommendation letters to the community. The method used inthis research is a qualitative descriptive research method with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis using the Milles and Huberman and Saldana Interactive Model. The results of this research are; The performance of the Sukun sub-district government apparatus in providing public services can be seen in the following aspects: 1. Quantity of work; that the employees in Sukun sub-district, in processing the marriage recommendation letter, try to complete it on time, also depending on the completeness of the requirements and the official who has the authority to sign, namely the sub-district head/sub-district secretary, or the Head of General Services Section. The number of people asking for marriage recommendations in auspicious months can reach 15 people; 2. Quality of work, namely accuracy, neatness of letters or other forms of service provided to the public, but sometimes there is alack of care in making letters, for example there are mistakes in names or other things. Service quality is also related to employee appearance, attitude and way of communicating, orderly behavior; 3. Determining service times, which means providing certainty of service hours and service completion times. For this reason, the apparatus in Sukun District has provided fast service in just a day and within a few minutes the service is complete, unless there are in complete requirements orthe official who has the authority to sign is not in the office; 4. Collaboration, that the pattern of coordination and cooperation in providing marriage recommendation letter services is systematic and good so that the service at the Sukun District Office can be fast and friendly.
