        abstract = {The Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) is a program of providingconditional social assistance to poor families (KM) who have been designated asPKH beneficiary families. As an effort to prevent poverty alleviation, since 2007the Government of Indonesia has implemented PKH which is stated in theMinister of Social Affairs Regulation No. 1 of 2018 concerning the Family HopeProgram. The Social Protection Program, also known internationally as theConditional Cash Transfers (CCT), has proven to be quite successful in reducingpoverty faced in these countries, especially the problem of chronic poverty. PKHis directed to become the epicenter and center of excellence for poverty reductionthat synergizes various national social protection and empowerment programs.The purpose of this research was carried out to see and scientificallydescribe the extent to which the Management of the Program Keluarga Harapan(PKH) in Pisang Candi Village runs, especially in the application of managementprinciples in the management of PKH itself. In addition, this research was alsoconducted to identify and describe the factors that influence PKH management inPisang Candi Village. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitativeresearch with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation anddocumentation. The results of research related to the Governance of the FamilyHope Program in Pisang Candi Village, especially the application of managementprinciples in PKH management, have been implemented quite well. Themanagement principles that are applied starting from the PKH planning stage,PKH socialization, PKH direction, PKH organization, PKH fund disbursementprocess, monitoring and evaluation and PKH reporting processes have beencarried out in accordance with the procedures set out in the PKH generalguidelines for 2019. In its implementation, Several findings and obstacles werefound in the management of PKH in Pisang Candi Village, especially regardingcommunity participation in carrying out obligations and participating in activitiesand found some people who were desperate to pawn PKH cards. In addition,several PKH components were also found that were registered as KPM PKH butthe KPM had dropped out of school and were still receiving assistance and did notreport this condition to the facilitator. PKH management in Pisang Candi Villagecan run optimally if it is supported by several things, namely support from theSocial Service, Assistant Human Resources and cooperation between assistants.Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors in PKH management in Pisang Candi Villageare the low level of KPM participation in carrying out PKH obligations andactivities as well as the incompatibility of KPM data in mentors and in the SIKS-NG application.},
