Klojen, Malang city.The results of this study indicate that this effectiveness will be animpetus in efforts to increase public interest in reading in the library, this is basedon the reality in the field the effectiveness of services is proven by the existenceof library developments in the form of drive thru services, Malang cilinapplications, m-mobilib applications with existing The supporting facilities willfacilitate the service process and can increase the reading interest of the visitors.In providing services, of course, it has its own target, this target will help theenthusiasm of employees to achieve it.
