Meanwhile, with the birth of Law No. 6 of 2014, it is expected to be able to create local-scale development, which will accelerate economic development. BUMDes is an institution formed by the Village government and the community manages the institution based on the needs and economy of the Village. BUMDes was formed based on the laws and regulations that apply to agreements between village communities. The organization must require an organizational structure that describes a field of work that covers the entire organization. This includes how the pattern of working relationships between its parts (instruction, consultative, and accountability). Based on the formulation of the problem, the purpose of this research aims to find out the Implementation of the Village Innovation Program (PID) of Bamboo Center Management (Boon Pring) in Sanankerto Village of Turen District of Malang Regency. To find out the supporting factors and obstacles to the Implementation of village innovation program (PID) Management of Bamboo Center (BoonPring) in Sannankerto Village Turen District of Malang Regency. Theoretically this research is expected to be able to be used for the development of community empowerment theory through the Village Innovation Program (PID). Practically this research is expected to benefit the community and village government to further optimize the use of Village Funds (DD) in a more quality manner through the management of village knowledge and innovation, replication and adoption of development activities and building innovative village communities. In this study, the author used a qualitative research approach, descriptive analysis by conducting interviews with several sources as informants in the study. Bogdan and Taylor as cited by Moleong (2019), qualitative research methodology as a research procedure that produces descriptive data on words or oral words from people and observable behaviors. This research aims to Describing what is currently happening in it is an attempt to describe, record, analyze and interpret the current situation. The taking of locations in this study, in accordance with the title of the study, the research site was conducted in Sanankerto Village, Turen District, Malang Regency. Researchers chose Sannankerto Village. The results of this study describe the Village Owned Enterprise (BUMDES) is an institution at the village level whose existence was formed in order to create economic independence in the village. So far the village has progressed, especially less dependent on the central government because all economic activity is helped through BUMDES activities. Therefore, BUMDES is currently very important for progress and independence at the village level. There are many economic activities driven by BUMDES in order to create economic independence at the village level and encourage more innovative villages by utilizing the potentials in the village. If we look at the existence of BUMDES, bumdes will actually develop if the village government and the community participate actively in order to encourage the progress of BUMDES. At the village level, One of them is Sanankerto Village, the existence of BUMDES is very important. If we visit Sanankerto Village, we will be treated to a panoramic view of the beauty of ecotourism driven by BUMDES called boonpring tourism.} }
