In addition to improving employee performance, another goal of coaching is to change employee discipline for the better, in this case showing changes or progress in improving employee capabilities both through employee discipline and career development and code of ethics. Thus, the purpose of this study is to find out the implementation of employee discipline based on several aspects. The presence of ASN employees, obeying the applicable rules and responsibility in carrying out the task of serving the community. Based on the results of the above research shows that the implementation of employee discipline in the banana temple village as a whole is quite good, judging from the presence of employees, order and responsibility in carrying out and completing the tasks given.
