Completing the thesis withthe title "IMPLEMENTATION OF THE HOPE FAMILY PROGRAM (PKH)"(Case Study of the Implementation of the Family Hope Program in BayemanVillage, Gondang Wetan District, Pasuruan Regency Based on the Minister ofSocial Affairs Regulation Number 1 of 2018 concerning the Family HopeProgram). One of the serious problems that must be faced and demanded to be resolvedimmediately is the problem of poverty. The poverty rate in Indonesia and in theregions is still quite high. Therefore it needs further handling to alleviate poverty.Various programs have been made by the government for poverty alleviation. Oneof the programs is the Family Hope Program (PKH). The Family Hope Program(PKH) is a program of providing conditional social assistance to families and / orsomeone who is poor and vulnerable who are registered in the integrated data forthe handling of the poor, processed by the Center for Social Welfare Data andInformation and designated as PKH beneficiary families. However, in itsimplementation in Bayeman Village, there are still several obstacles including:social disparities between PKH recipients, there are PKH recipients who are notactually poor people who get assistance. Meanwhile, people who were truly poordid not receive PKH assistance, many wanted to get PKH even though the datacollection process was very long, and there were several other technical problems.This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Bayeman Village, Gondang Wetan District, PasuruanRegency based on the Minister of Social Affairs Regulation No.1 of 2018concerning the Family Hope Program. With the use of research is as an evaluationof the implementation so that the Family Hope Program is getting better. The method used in this research is qualitative research methods with research procedures that produce descriptive data in the form of written or spokenwords from people and observed behavior. The data collection techniques used inthis study were interviews, observation, and documentation. The research locationin this thesis is in Bayeman Village, Gondang Wetan District, Pasuruan Regencywith 13 informants, 3 from the village apparatus, 4 from the District and DistrictPKH Technical Coordination team, 5 people from KPM and 1 village assistant. The results of research in Bayeman Village, Gondang Wetan District, Pasuruan Regency show that the implementation of the Family Hope Programincludes the implementation stages, among others, the determination of PKHimplementers in Pasuruan Regency, the preparation of PKH companion activityplans, the determination of potential beneficiary families, data validation and socialization of potential beneficiary families, determination of beneficiaryfamilies, distribution of assistance, assistance to beneficiary families, complaints,PKH monitoring, PKH evaluation, and PKH reporting carried out by villageassistants. quite in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Social AffairsNo.1 of 2018 and the General Guidelines for the 2019 Family Hope Program
