The type of research used\r\nis qualitative, by conducting direct interviews with the Head of the Internal\r\nControl System (SPI) and the Head of the Credit Section. The source of research\r\ndata is primary data obtained from interviews. From the results of the research\r\nthat has been done, it can be concluded that the control environment at PT. BPR\r\nKawan which includes management philosophy and operating style as well as\r\ndelegation of responsibility and authority has been going quite well, because\r\nthere are still sections that hold concurrent positions, namely administration by\r\nfiling.
