This research aims to describe the influence of liquidity, leverage and profitability on company value in mining companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2020- 2023 period. The method used in this research uses a quantitative approach with secondary data obtained using documentation such as mining company financial reports. The data analysis technique used in this research uses descriptive statistical data analysis, classical assumption testing using the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroschodasticity test, and autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis testing using the f test (model feasibility test), test t (significance test) and coefficient of determination test R2.
