Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis model. This research was conducted with the aim of examining the governance of planning, policies, supervision, and accountability of Management, Human Resources, and Financial Systems governance at the X College Foundation. The data source for this research used primary funds at the X College Foundation. The results of the study indicate that at the X College Foundation in the governance of Management, Human Resources, and Financial Systems, it has not been implemented properly and in accordance with the policies, vision and mission of the foundation.
