Inclusiveness is a new direction of development that is friendly to all components of society, especially in rural areas. Using a qualitative approach, information about the implementation of inclusive villages was explored and analyzed interactively to describe an inclusive village in Bedali Village, Lawang District, Malang Regency. Organizing inclusive villages forms the Linksos organizational community as a forum for organizing inclusive villages. In practice, multi actors are involved in promoting inclusive villages such as posyandu, disabled posyandu cadres, Lawang Health Center, and Lawang Hospital. Under supervision, it is carried out by Linksos and Posyandu cadres with disabilities which aim to measure performance to achieve the expected results according to plan. From this implementation, an important point in the development and development of inclusive villages is the need to prepare the infrastructure to develop potential so that persons with disabilities can work and be part of national development. %Z Chandra Dinata NIDN: 0701068208
