The method used in this paper is a qualitative method with case study approach. The author obtained data through secondary data by collecting data through literature study method. Furthermore, the data were analyzed by qualitative descriptive method. The results of this writing indicate that the implementation of corporate social responsibility or CSR conducted by PT Kaltim Prima Coal (KPC) has been in accordance with the provisions of Regional Regulation of East Kutai No. 1 of 2017 on Corporate Social Responsibility and Environment, both in terms of principle and program activities.
