      "abstract": "This research discusses the influence of leadership style and achievement motivation\r\ntoward the laborperformance at the governmental institution of Ambon.\r\nObjective of research is to analyze the influence of task-oriented leaderhip style and relation oriented leadership style toward the performance of the employee. Result of the analysis shows that the muti-linear regression is significant and it meets the classical assumption of the regression, thereforce the regression model deserves to be applied as an analysis model. The partialinfluence-testing of each independent varable are task oriented leadership style, relation-oriented style, and achievement motivation to ward the emplayee\u00c2\u2019s performance.
