N2  - Urban development that grows dynamically result in any transformations of social relations system, in whish the roles of both males and females are played relatively in balance. This condition has potential for any conflict to take places in familial or marital relations, especially those among husbands and wives. This phenomenon can be viewed from divorce occurred in urban areas that are relatively higher. For instance, in DKI Jakarta areas there had been 3.650 divorce cases throughout 1992/ 1993. Consequently, either those men or womwn deciding to be a single parenthood had increased. Conceptually, single parenthood is the structure of a family in which father or mother is absence.
