A hive of activity as people lack the time to do some work and to meet daily needs. Busyness felt the most time-consuming inter alia in the city package delivery, delivery to the destination that is usually constrained traffic jams and public transport, queuing time-consuming, and shopping needs. In public life, we meet the workers who had the opportunity to offer services between a motorbike owned called Ojek. Traditional motorcycle taxi driver only service between the airport only. This affects the lack of fulfillment of the needs of people who need help in the form of courier services, shopping, delivery and queuing. The solution offered is training for workers in order to increase services between excellent service, Safety riding, and marketing strategy services through online media that are expected to perform a satisfactory service to customers.
