Good standard working hours should always be applied by the company to achieve all the targets of the company, as well as multinational companies in Indonesia. Multinational companies in Indonesia need to consider the standard working hours, overtime and leave for these factors are very influential on the success of the company to achieve its goals. The purpose of this study is to find out how high the standard working hours, overtime, leave in the multinationalcompanies in Indonesia. In this study the authors use literature studies. The results of this study are: (1) Every party involved in Industrial Relations is obliged to know the laws and other regulations applicable in Indonesia (2) When a dispute arises, it should be resolved in a familial manner without causing any fights, , as well as other losses (physical, spiritual, and material).</mods:abstract><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8601">2018-01</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Article</mods:genre></mods:mods>
