Abstract

Knowledge sharing has an influence on organizational effevtiveness, which means that sharing knowledge affect the effectiveness of the organization in the private universities. Attitude to sharing attitude to learning, leadership role and organizational support influential against organizational effectiveness through knowledge sharing, where the highest coefficient is the organizational support of the organizational effectiveness through knowledge sharing, which means that the organization is very significant boost the process of sharing knowledge in the private universities achieve organizational effectiveness. Leadership role has a major role against organizational effectiveness through organizational learning, which means that the rules establish by the leadership is very significant in the process of organizational learning in the private universities achieve organizational effectiveness.
