Abstract

Antennae’s requirement increases on the nircable network. On the other side,
it needs a small and flexible antenna as many devices which have mobile, thus
microstrip antenna is the best choice. One example of the device is wireless sensor.
As the concept, the wireless sensor is a network from many sensors which are
distributed and controlled by computer in far distance. Every sensor has software
and hardware which combines and works together so it makes nircable network.
The frequency of it is generally same with wifi. Therefore, it creates a Yin Yang
patch model feedline microstrip antenna at a frequency of 2.5 GHz on this research.
As the results of antenna by using software simulation, it shows that the return loss
is about -16.5847 dB ,bandwidth is about 292.6 MHz or 11.85%. VSWR value is
as expected with the research that is ≤ 2, which has 1.3479. Axial ratio value is
about 1.1202, in order that the polarization is circular. For impedancy’s value of
antena, it gets (1.2433 – 0.2290j) Ω. The radiation pattern is bidirectional. The
results’ calibration have -17,1 dB of return loss. For axial ratio, it gets 1,157 dB.
